The Heirloom Package: Wedding Planning, Design & Coordination Services

Our Heirloom Package offers a more hands-on planning experience, combining thoughtful design, vendor guidance, and expert coordination. This elevated package supports you throughout the planning process while ensuring every detail is intentionally designed and seamlessly executed. The Heirloom Package includes:

Wedding Design Services

  • Planning Guidance: Ongoing support throughout your planning process, including guidance on logistics, decision making, and overall wedding flow to keep everything organized and on track.

  • Vendor Recommendations & Communication: Personalized vendor recommendations based on your style and budget, along with assistance communicating with vendors and reviewing contracts. (Final booking and payments remain the responsibility of the Client.)

  • Partial Design Creation: Development of a curated design board to establish a cohesive aesthetic, along with attendance at one floral meeting and one rental meeting.

  • Stationery & Signage Guidance: Assistance with wedding stationery and signage design, including recommendations, design direction, and proofing. (Does not include assembly or RSVP tracking.)

  • Layout & Event Flow Planning: Creation of a customized layout and overall event flow to enhance guest experience and maximize your venue space.

Comprehensive Wedding Coordination Services

Includes all features of the Heirloom Package:

  • Timeline Creation: A detailed, editable timeline tailored to the Client, bridal party, and vendors to ensure a seamless and organized wedding day.

  • Planning Meetings: Up to three 60-minute planning meetings, a 90-minute final details meeting approximately 30 days prior, and a 60-minute check-in meeting approximately 10 days prior, along with one onsite venue visit.

  • Rehearsal Management: The Coordinator will lead the ceremony rehearsal, ensuring a smooth and confident run-through.

  • Pre-Wedding Setup: Up to two hours of onsite setup support for rehearsal day or pre-wedding preparation, including directing vendors as needed.

  • Day-of Coordination: The Coordinator will manage the wedding day in its entirety, including overseeing the timeline and coordinating all vendors.

  • Vendor Oversight: The Coordinator will ensure vendors arrive on time, are properly set up, and remain aligned with the timeline throughout the event.

  • Venue Decoration: The Coordinator and team will be responsible for setting up Client-provided décor items.

  • Event Cues: From guiding the wedding party through key moments to coordinating with vendors, the Coordinator will ensure the event flows smoothly.

  • Décor Cleanup and Organization: The Coordinator will handle the cleanup and organization of Client-provided décor, ensuring all items are packed and ready for transport. (Vendor items and trash are not included.)

  • Team Coverage: Three team members will be onsite throughout the wedding day to ensure full coverage and support.
