Service Exclusions
To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, the following tasks are outside the scope of the Coordinator’s responsibilities:
Decorating and Venue Cleanup: The Coordinator will not handle decorating or cleaning up the venue. It is the Client’s responsibility to arrange for these tasks to be completed by vendors, family, or friends.
Cake Cutting: The Coordinator will not cut the wedding cake. This responsibility should be assigned to the caterer or venue staff.
Food Service and Cleanup: The Coordinator does not serve food, fill drinks, or bus tables. The Client should coordinate with the caterer or venue staff to manage these duties.
By outlining these exclusions, we ensure clear expectations and a focus on delivering exceptional coordination services for your special day.

By engaging our services, you entrust us to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly. Our role as your Wedding Coordinator includes:
Wedding Rehearsal Management: The Coordinator will lead your wedding rehearsal the evening before the ceremony, ensuring everyone knows their roles and the event runs smoothly.
Day-of Coordination: We will manage all aspects of your wedding day, creating a straightforward timeline that outlines key moments during our time onsite.
Vendor Oversight: We’ll ensure all vendors arrive promptly and are fully set up before guests begin arriving.
Event Cues: From guiding the bridal party during ceremony and reception entrances to coordinating with the DJ for seamless transitions, we’ll handle all the details to keep the event flowing smoothly.
